Megan Mann, Customer Service & Administration
Megan has been a part of the Hauk Custom Pool team for 10-years. Megan works with clients as well as contractors on a daily basis and is responsible for the pool permitting process, payroll as well as accounting and general office management. Megan received an Associates Degree from Collin College in Collin County, Texas.
What does Megan enjoy most about her career at Hauk? - "I enjoy working with my family. I feel we all a part of a big family here at Hauk Custom Pools. I also love working with our contractors and customers from the start of a project until the finish. It's very rewarding."
Sammy Trevino, Field Superintendent
Sammy has been with Hauk Custom pools for 10-years. He is responsible for the day-to-day construction of new pools as well as handling general operational questions, warranty and repairs. Sammy is present at every new pool construction site as he directs and oversees construction crews throughout the pool building process. Sammy attended Grayson County College.
What does Sammy enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "When the pool is complete and I get to see a beautiful back yard that the whole family will enjoy using for many years!"
Reid Leslie, Construction Coordinator
Reid has been with Hauk Custom Pools for 7-years and is responsible for all pool operations. He coordinates the pool building process and works with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations from beginning to end. Reid works closely with the company's construction manager throughout the construction of each pool and coordinates service requests and repairs. Reid has an Associates degree from Frederick Community College and Austin College.
What does Reid enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "I enjoy coordinating the construction activities and dealing with contractors and customers from excavation to final inspection. Our customers' service requests and warranty repairs are important aspects of the pool business. I strive to handle all requests in an efficient and professional manner."
Mike Snoddy, Project Manager
As Project Manager Mike is responsible for overseeing field operations, but a large portion of his time is also dedicated to quality assurance. Mike helps ensure that the proper processes are in place to: 1) Consistently build quality pools 2) Maintain product excellence and 3) Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Mike has a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M. What does Mike enjoy most about his career at Hauk? "Everyone here from the top down has the same goal -- design and construct an exceptional pool that delights each and every customer."

Jaime Mejia, Designer
As a Hauk Custom Pool Designer, Jaime works closely with clients to bring their backyard dreams to life. With a degree in Landscape Architecture, and specialty in computer renderings, from Oklahoma State University, Jaime applies the latest design concepts and technologies to every Hauk Custom Pool. Growing up on a West Texas ranch, Jaime's enjoyment of the outdoors lead him to pursue a career in landscape architecture/design. Today, with his education and background, Jaime merges tech savvy architecture with a genuine love for the outdoors. The result -- beautiful outdoor environments.
What does Jaime enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "Hauk Custom Pools fosters my freedom as a designer. I'm also inspired by architect, Luis Barragan, who once said, "Architecture is an art when one consciously or unconsciously creates aesthetic emotion in the atmosphere and when this environment produces well being."
Nick Hauk, Pool Design & Sales
Nick started his career in the pool industry when he was 14-years old. During high school Nick worked in Hauk Custom Pool's construction and maintenance departments mastering the skills of pool construction, maintenance, water chemistry and repair. Nick has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Landscape Architecture from Oklahoma State University.
What does Nick enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "My favorite part of my job is the opportunity to use creativity within every backyard design. I think our company is successful because the sales and design teams create every pool to be custom and unique, while helping customers transfer backyard dreams to reality."
Clay Hauk, Pool Sales & Operations
Clay began working in the pool industry at 14-years of age. As a family-owned and operated business, he was able to work in numerous departments at Hauk Custom Pools throughout high school. Clay has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Texas State University.
What does Nick enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "I enjoy building quality swimming pools and using my creative talents to construct amazing backyard environments for our clients. Tyler Franklin, Pool Design & Sales
Tyler has been a part of Hauk Custom Pools Sales & Design team for 4-years. He works closely with clients to design a pool that is perfect for their backyard and incorporates their own personal style and vision. Tyler is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree from the University of North Texas.
What does Tyler enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "I like customizing customers' backyard environments to fit their needs so they can enjoy it for years to come. I enjoy working for Hauk Custom Pools because of its professional environment, their attention to every detail, and the superior quality of their pools."
Chris Miazga, Pool Design & Sales
Chris has been involved in the pool design and sales industry for 9 years. He works with clients to design and deliver the custom pool of their dreams. Chris received a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder, School of Architecture and Planning.
What does Chris enjoy most about his career at Hauk? - "I love the pool industry because I get to help people fulfill their dreams. The personal satisfaction of seeing my designs become a reality is a great part of the job.
