It's a birthday party or the ultimate dip after mowing the lawn or returning from a long, hot run in the Texas sun. For others it's time to be alone, sip a drink, read a book and just float in the peaceful shimmer of your pool. The Hauk Experience
Building a pool is a big undertaking. At Hauk Custom Pools we have a proven process to make the pool construction as stress free as possible. Effective communication and project management that is well planned, coordinated and executed are crucial. We work hard to make the entire experience a pleasant experience from the moment you first contact us, until the first day you step into your gorgeous new pool.

| 1. | Initial Meeting/Appointment - Initially we will come out to your home and discuss what you envision for your new pool. Measurements will be taken as well as discussing the best placement and "view" of the pool from your home. Please have a copy of your survey ready so we are aware of any easements or restrictions that might affect the design process. | |
| 2. | Second Meeting/Viewing of Proposed Design - Based on information collected during the first meeting, we will invite you out to their offices to view the proposed design and discuss any changes or additions. This meeting will take a couple of hours. If you have kids, no worries, we have a comfy couch, TV and all the snacks they can eat. | |
| 3. | Computer Animated Design - At the second meeting, our design experts use the latest in animated 3D pool design technology. You can view your new backyard from 360 degrees and even simulate swimming and views from the inside of your home. | |
| 4. | Design Approval - Congrats! You want a Hauk Custom Pool. After contract approval and necessary paperwork, you will receive a Swimming Pool Construction and Operation Manual that details every step of the construction process, operation instructions, contact information and much more. | |
| 5. | Updates - Our project management team will keep you updated throughout the construction process. Each phase of construction is managed to ensure a smooth transition from one phase to the next. | |
| 6. | Project Management - Our project manager will be at your pool site during every major phase of construction and is available anytime for questions or concerns. | |
| 7. | Construction Phases - With a final plan approved, and receipt of pool permits, a date will be set for construction to begin. Each phase of construction is outlined in detail in Hauk Custom Pool's manual. | |
| 8. | Pool School - When your pool is completed, We conduct an informal pool schoo and also provide the basic pool maintenance tools you'll need. We'll show you how your equipment operates and review the the general maintenance of your new pool. | |
